Return Policy:

Please call 1-800-356-0860 x. 120 or use the Contact Us form to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED WITHOUT PRIOR CONTACT. When returning products, please be sure to include the entire contents and your order number. Returns must be made within 15 days of purchase / recpeipt of goods. For damaged goods, please also include the damaged product when returning it and a new one will be shipped to you at no cost!

Blitz offers competative shipping rates through UPS. Some addreses are not suitable for UPS shipping and Blitz may substitue another carrier.
